THE TRUE LIGHT IS THE WORD OF GOD
That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world (1 John1:9KJV)
As a Christian, what guides your path of destiny and gives you direction is very vital. There are several Christians that run from one man of God to the other for solutions to their problems. Amazingly, you even find Christians go to native doctors for help when they are in pressing issues. Many have been brought up in homes where certain traditions have become doctrines in their lives and what they walk by and it’s sad. I once ministered to a Muslim lady who couldn’t give the basis for her belief in Islam. She was following Islam because that was the home she has been brought up, but thank God after I shared the true light with her, she gave her life to Christ. Christians have been called to behold one true light and that’s the Word of God. As we behold the scriptures daily, we are transformed into the same image as of the son of God (2Corinthians.3:18). The Bible says we have the mind of Christ (1Corinthians.2:16) but the expression of the mind of Christ cannot be in view when we don’t study His Word. Always and at all times make time to study the Word of God. His ways are not mysterious to us now. As we behold the true light in God’s word, our thoughts become His thought and also our ways His ways. God bless you PRAYER Dear Lord, thanks for the revelation of your word to me. As the deer pants for the waters, so shall my soul pant for your word. I am established and have become a doer of the scriptures henceforth in Jesus’ name, Amen.
