BE CONSCIOUS OF THE GOD- LIFE
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. (1 John 5:11-12 KJV).
One thing God wants you to be conscious of is His life in you. This consciousness gives you the ability to reign and rule in life. It gives you the winner's mentality. In our opening verse, we read that "God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son" (1 John 5:11). Eternal life is the life and nature of God imparted to the spirit of the one who's received Jesus. It's the supernatural life of God in your spirit, an inheritance that has been given to you.
Ephesians 5:30 tells us; "For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones." The Spirit of God lives in you. Many people have suffered so much trouble in their physical bodies with respect to their health because of lack of knowledge. They are not conscious of what Christ has accomplished for us through His resurrection. As a child of God, you ought not to be sick or afflicted by the devil.
You're born of the Spirit (John 3:6) and the Word of God, your life is supernatural. Often, declare the Word of God into your life. The life of God is incorruptible. It makes you superior to Satan, sickness, disease, failure, and death. If you feel the symptoms of sickness in your body, activate the power of the God-life in you by praying in tongues, and speaking the Word.
The consciousness of your personality, origin, and heritage in Christ will affect the way you think, live, control the decisions you make, and the things that happen with and around you. This is why you should be conscious of the God-life in you. Christ is your life (Colossians 3:4), and He's alive in you. Amen.
CONFESSION
Christ is alive in me; therefore, I have the life of God flowing in every fibre of my being. The Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in me. No infirmity or sickness can thrive in my body because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I'm whole, sound, and excellent, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
